Spider Webs on Your Cameras – Tech Talk #25

Keeping your cameras clear of spider webs is very important for after dark video activations. The two photo examples are from the same camera on the same day, one during daylight hours and the other about two hours later after sundown. As you can see, the built in IR illuminators cause the spider webbing on the face of the camera to be illuminated as white strings, blocking the ability to clearly see an intruder in the background.
