Our alarm monitoring center agents use a combination of live video footage and event-based video, which allows them to see video leading up to the alarm triggering incident, and video immediately after to make an informed decision on what’s happening. They have access to seeing what caused the alarm to occur in under 5 seconds. During this process, they will review additional live footage coming from associated cameras on the site, giving the agents more context, decreasing the likelihood of a false alarm dispatch. NO FALSE ALARMS!

When a crime in progress is confirmed with visual video verification, this is considered a high-threat alarm. We call the police for a silent alarm capture and arrest.

In addition to video access, our agents have control over lights and sirens. They can issue audible warnings to intruders, letting them know they are being viewed, recorded and law enforcement is on the way. When the police arrive on the scene, agents can communicate with the responding officers and guide them to the intruder’s location.
